Two fresh gaming spots will soon open in New Jersey as Activate Games is adding new sites in Woodbridge and Cherry Hill. The company, which runs a spot at American Dream mall, picked a big 14,650-square-foot space at St. Georges Crossing for its Woodbridge site.

At Woodbridge, players will find their new gaming spot next to ShopRite in a busy 343,000-square-foot shopping hub. In Cherry Hill, games will fill an old drugstore building on Route 38.

"Activate Games is an exciting, cutting-edge entertainment concept that enhances the experience at St. Georges Crossing," said E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, according to NJ.com. "It's a great complement to the center's retail and dining lineup and further supports our strategy of creating a well-rounded, high-traffic destination."

These spots break new ground as active gaming centers. Each room packs special tech that tests both mind and muscle. Players work as teams, racing through tasks that push their skills to new limits.

The sites pull in quite a mix: kids with parents, groups of friends looking for fun, and work teams building bonds. Each space offers something for everyone who steps inside.

The deal got done through North Plainfield's Levin Management Corp, which runs St. Georges Crossing. They just shared news of the lease this week.

With over 30 spots across North America, Activate Games keeps growing fast. They haven't said exactly when the new spots will open their doors, but gamers are watching and waiting.
