Josh Capon will bring his burger skills to Paramus, New Jersey, in 2026. His new spot at Bergen Town Center marks the second Capon's Burgers, with the first one running at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Mall signs point to the upcoming spot, which will dish out burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes. Boozy Burbs reported the news, and Capon himself mentioned it in a social media post.

The Food Network star keeps it simple. He wants a "no-frills burger joint" serving up "seriously satisfying burgers, fries, and milkshakes." New Jersey hasn't seen anything like this from him before.

At Bergen Town Center, Capon adds to his growing New Jersey presence. On October 21, his first spot in the state, Capon's Chophouse, will start serving guests at The Shops at Riverside.

The chef built his reputation through hit TV shows and packed restaurants. After years of success in New York City's food scene, he's crossing state lines to feed hungry New Jersey diners.

While we don't know the exact day Capon's Burgers will start flipping patties, it's set to join the mall's food lineup next year. The wait continues for burger fans in Bergen County.
