Starting Oct. 25, voters were able to cast ballots at any of 10 new sites across Monmouth County.

Starting Oct. 25, voters were able to cast ballots at any of 10 new sites across Monmouth County. These spots will stay open through Nov. 2, offering extra time to vote before the big day.
"Voters can cast their ballots in person during the early voting period, which runs from Saturday, Oct. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 2, vote by mail, or vote in person on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025," said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone at a workshop meeting on Oct. 23, per The Link News.net.
Want to vote early? Sites stay open late: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Sunday hours run 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This schedule lets people pick what works best for them.
At the meeting, Commissioner Dominick DiRocco shared news about site placement. "During the early in-person voting period, there will be 10 convenient early voting locations throughout Monmouth County," DiRocco said.
The system works well here. County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon shared a point of pride: "I'm proud that Monmouth County has ranked No. 1 in the state for early voting turnout in every general election since it was implemented in 2021," Hanlon said.
Officials marked the start with a special event. The Board gave awards to Hanlon, Board of Elections Chair Eileen Kean, and Elections Superintendent Christopher Siciliano on Oct. 23.
Speaking up for voter action, Commissioner Erik Anderson stated, "Participating in elections each year strengthens our democratic process." He pointed people to monmouthcountyvotes.gov for details about where and how to vote.
Three ways exist to make your voice count: vote early at any site from Oct. 25 to Nov. 2, send in a mail ballot, or show up at your usual spot on Nov. 4. Pick what fits your schedule best.
