The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners will hold the 2026 Workforce Development Spring Job Fair on Thursday, April 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It happens at the Brookdale Community College Robert J. Collins Arena, located at 765 Newman Springs Road in Lincroft. More than 100 employers plan to attend.
Job seekers can meet with companies from the area. They'll talk about openings. Attendees should bring resumes and prepare to network with hiring managers.
"The Workforce Development Spring Job Fair provides job seekers with a terrific opportunity to meet and speak with local employers and to explore career opportunities," said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone, according to The Monmouth Journal Eastern. "Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and be ready to network with more than 100 potential employers."
The fair will feature discussions about full-time positions, part-time work, and internships. Veterans and individuals with disabilities get an early access period from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., giving them a head start before the crowds arrive.
"This Job Fair will provide employers and potential employees with a forum to discuss full-time and part-time employment opportunities, as well as internships," said Commissioner Susan M. Kiley, liaison to the Workforce Development Board.
The Monmouth County Workforce Development Board connects employers with workers who have the training and skills businesses need. This organization helps get county residents ready for careers in various industries by providing job readiness, occupational skills training, and job search assistance.
